HER WORKS OCCUPY A SPACE WHERE POP CULTURE, DIGITAL PAINTING, CRITICAL THEORY, AUTOBIOGRAPHY, “PUBLIC FEELINGS” (AFTER ANN CVETCOVICH) AND SELF-HELP LITERATURE CAN INTERACT, ALLOWING HER TO INVESTIGATE, OFTEN THROUGH A NON-HUMAN LENS, HOW POWER MANIFESTS IN THE WORLD.

Jennifer is part of FRUIT SHOP which was formed during the summer of 2020 after a series of fortunate coincidences and connections. Operating as an artist-run cafe and retail space in a suburban neighbourhood of South Belfast, the collective designs and programmes creative communal experiences with a focus on developing relationships with local producers and grassroots growing initiatives.
