ARTIST BIO

 

Jill Quigley is an artist who works with photography and installation. She completed an MFA in Photography at Ulster University (2014), having previously studied Art History at Trinity College Dublin. She has had solo exhibitions at Belfast Exposed and at Seen Fifteen in London and her work has been shown in Street Level Photoworks, Glasgow (2019), the Rochester Art Centre, Minnesota, and the Gallery of Photography, Dublin, Ireland (2017). Her work has won the Jill Todd Award and the ESPY Student Prize and has been nominated for the Magnum Graduate Photographers Award, the Prix Pictet and the Unseen Dummy Book Award. She has held membership at the Belfast Photo Factory and Platform Arts studio group.
